State Mandated Training

All Drew Chain Security personnel underwent through 8 Power to Arrest training before hire. After being hired all personnel will have two sets of 16 hour, State approved classes, provided by our certified instructor, and annual 8 hours class thereafter.

On the job training

Upon being assigned Security Officers will be trained by Supervisor. Security Officer assigned to the new location will be shown the entire areas, explained the specifics and the expectations of the client.

Field Supervisors will conduct random inspection of our personnel assigned to your facility.
